HIGHLY TRAINED STAFF
Credentials - Management has been providing caregiving services for over 25 years. All caregiving is provided under the direction of our experienced, qualified RN. Clayridge is licensed through St. Louis County and is also registered with the Minnesota Department of Health.

Training - Staff members have special training which includes a review of the normal aging process, a thorough study of Alzheimer's Disease and related disorders (Memory Care), communication techniques, cognitive accommodations (cuing and motivation), and behavior management. Ongoing training seminars and inservices ensure the quality of our care.

Peace of Mind - Residents are treated with dignity and respect by our friendly staff and each individual's needs are understood. It is comforting to know your family member is being cared for in a safe, social and nurturing environment.

QUALITY OF LIFE
Clayridge residents enjoy the quiet peacefulness of a country atmosphere, and can participate in a large variety of activities. Clayridge encourages family participation and visits as often as possible.

Great Food - Dietician approved home-cooked meals and snacks are provided for our residents. Residents can suggest favorite foods to help our cooks provide the most delicious home-like meals. Also, care is taken to provide alternatives for those with special needs diets.

Great Fun - Most activities and entertainment are scheduled on a monthly calendar and are communicated in a newsletter. Residents are encouraged to participate and to request the activities they would like to do. Scheduled transportation is provided for dining out, shopping and other functions. In addition, unscheduled activities, reminiscing, puzzles, games and one-on-one time is provided.

Great Environment - Both Assisted Living and Memory Care offer large, attractive and private living quarters. All resident living quarters are fully sprinklered, offer private baths and individualized heating and air conditioning. Our modern facility features and electronic monitored building system (Memory Care), fire sprinkler system throughout, handicap-accessible lighted walkways to downtown Biwabik, and 24-hour supervision by a caring staff. Every precaution is taken to assure the safety and welfare of our residents.

Great Care - Clayridge offers privacy, as well as opportunities for social interaction in the common living room, lounge area and dining areas. MEMORY CARE SERVICES
Clayridge Assisted Living & Memory Care is proud to offer the finest in personalized care for people with Alzheimer's Disease and related memory disorders. Our dedicated caregivers treat each resident with kindness and patience. We're small enough to be like family, yet large enough to meet your needs. Our modern facility features spacious and attractive private rooms for each resident, designed for superior comfort. The home-like atmosphere is very comforatable for both residents and visiting family members. Family members are welcome 24 hours a day and are encouraged to participate in activities with the resident.

ASSISTED LIVING
Personalized care ensures you receive "just the help you need"! Staff members provide mending, shopping, personal care and other services to residents. Residents are assisted with the proper care of their clothing, personal grooming and correspondence with friends and family. Our highly qualified staff is also trained to identify and signs of medical, dental or emotional problems so that residents may receive prompt care.

With the help of local church groups, service clubs and volunteers, residents can attend a variety of church, social, educational and entertainment functions. Scheduled transportation is provided for shopping, doctor appointments and to many community activities.
